Motif News

Where simplicity meets modern, humanist design — this is Motif.

Meet Motif’s architect team — Rothelowman.

Architecture and interiors by the award-winning Rothelowman, Motif was created to stand out in the same environment that it was inspired by. Using strong internal architectural elements and sensitive, articulated façades, this is considered craftsmanship.

The result, a collection of apartments that aim higher — holding its own alongside the Deakin Waterfront Campus and Geelong Arts Precinct.

“I think it’s a great mix of experts in their fields. Sitting round the table and being able to talk to professionals who understand what they’re doing, coming together as one voice — that’s the true beauty of this project.”

— Nick Sestak, ICON KAJIMA

Layered and complex, Motif is personalised — for residents who bring plenty of character themselves.
