The team has achieved a major milestone with the Level 4 slab pour now successfully completed. As the building rises, we’re delighted to report that the panoramic and ocean views are already surpassing expectations – and we expect the building to top out before Christmas!
These breathtaking vistas are a testament to the prime location of this development and will undoubtedly be a standout feature for future residents.
Looking ahead, the installation of essential services has begun. This includes the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems that form the backbone of the building’s operations. These works are progressing smoothly, setting the stage for the next phases of construction.
